Shipping & Delivery Process
We take care of all flight and shipping arrangements for you, so the process is simple and stress-free. Your only responsibility is to be available at home at the scheduled delivery time to receive your baby bird. Shipping cost to every city depends on distance but usually withing £70.
All birds are shipped through a professional, door-to-door animal transport service. We currently offer two delivery options:

Every bird is transported using trusted commercial airlines only, with safety and comfort as the top priority throughout the journey. The entire process is secure, carefully coordinated, and handled by experienced professionals.
Our Health Guarantee
We stand fully behind the health of every bird we sell and offer one of the strongest health guarantees available. Each bird is guaranteed to be in excellent health at the time it leaves our care. To activate this guarantee, you must take your bird to a certified avian veterinarian within five (5) days of delivery for any examinations or tests you choose. All veterinary exams are at the buyer’s expense, and we’re happy to advise you on appropriate testing if needed. If a minor, treatable issue is identified, we will cover 100% of the cost of all prescribed medications and treatments. If a serious health condition is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, either replace the bird or provide a full (100%) refund of the purchase price.
Five-Day Guarantee Period
The health guarantee is valid for five (5) days from the date the bird leaves our facility. While we maintain full control over the bird’s care and environment before delivery, we cannot extend the guarantee once the bird enters a new home.
Every bird leaves us healthy, well-socialized, and ready to transition into its new family. After delivery, proper care becomes the responsibility of the new owner. That said, we remain available for ongoing guidance, support, and access to high-quality bird supplies to help ensure long-term health and wellbeing.

All interstate shipments are carefully scheduled several days in advance, weather permitting. Prior to departure, you will receive:
